RMS Max roller conveyor system
The versatile solution for transporting heavy payloads
RMS Max is an enhanced version of the RMS roller assembly system, designed to transport workpieces up to three times heavier—handling loads of up to 1,000 kg per linear metre. The workpiece carriers are guided via the side profile, with adjustable guide widths made possible by split conveyor rollers.
Also known as a workpiece carrier transfer system, this solution uses heavy-duty accumulation rollers to allow free-flowing movement for assembly, testing, and processing operations. Workpiece carriers can be accumulated and buffered as needed, and manual workstations can be seamlessly integrated into the conveyor line.
Thanks to its modular design, the system ensures smooth material flow and can be easily tailored to meet specific requirements. RMS Max is ideal for production lines, assembly systems, and factory automation involving especially heavy workpieces—such as motors, battery modules, or any items that fit within the footprint of a Euro pallet.
