Gary brings over 30 years of experience in engineering, automation, and leadership as MD of LG Motion and MiniTec UK.

Since starting the company in 2004, he has driven its growth through innovation, customer focus, and a deep commitment to UK manufacturing.

A founder and contributor to multiple businesses, Gary is a passionate advocate for developing engineering talent through apprenticeships and STEM outreach. He leads a dedicated team delivering bespoke motion solutions across sectors, while actively supporting the wider engineering community.

His leadership is marked by resilience, collaboration, and a forward-thinking vision for British industry.

With over 15 years of experience in Human Resources across a variety of sectors, Becky has had the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients and industries. This diverse background has deepened her understanding of HR challenges and the value of applying best practices in every context.

Since joining LG Motion in November 2021 as the HR Manager, Becky has taken on a more strategic role, focused on ‘finding the best people to progress the business.’

Becky has led the development and implementation of HR systems, policies, and processes, alongside ongoing training and development initiatives. Achieving a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management has further shaped her strategic outlook.

Having spent over 25 years working in marketing across engineering and industrial sectors, Lauren is passionate about bringing technical products to life in ways that connect with customers.

Lauren holds a Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), which has helped shape her strategic approach. From branding to campaigns and content, she loves finding creative ways to tell a company’s story and support growth.

Jenni is the finance manager at MiniTec UK, joining the team in 2019.

Jenni started out her career in practice and achieved her certified chartered accounts qualification in 2012, moving into a commercially focused role in 2014.

As Finance Manager, Jenni is integral to the financial planning, management reporting and analysis, and operational budgeting. She plays a key role in supporting MiniTec UK’s business growth and ensuring sustainable business development.

Steve joined MiniTec UK as Engineering Manager in 2024, bringing an accomplished track record in driving complex engineering projects, developing automation and modular systems, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes.

With deep expertise in industrial frameworks and a keen eye for streamlined design, Steve is dedicated to elevating MiniTec UK design and delivery capabilities to better serve customers across sectors including machine building, automation and structural systems.

Steve works at the heart of MiniTec’s design and manufacturing operation in Basingstoke, helping to advance bespoke profile-based solutions with efficiency, innovation and precision at every stage.
