Production Planner - Basingstoke

MiniTec UK Ltd is seeking a highly organised and proactive Production Planner to join our team in Basingstoke. This role is central to ensuring the smooth coordination of production activities, helping to deliver customer orders accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Working closely with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Engineering, and Sales, the successful candidate will be responsible for planning schedules, managing materials, and maintaining accurate data within our MRP system. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement to contribute to operational success and high standards of customer service.

Warehouse Operative - Basingstoke

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team in Basingstoke due to ongoing business growth and expansion. This is a hands-on role supporting the efficient day-to-day running of the warehouse, including goods handling, stock control, picking and packing, and ensuring materials are prepared accurately for production and dispatch.

Typical duties include:
🔸 Cutting of profile to length on an automated saw
🔸 Picking of piece parts
🔸 Packing parts for transit
🔸 Palletising of components
🔸 Staying abreast of stock movement and levels
🔸 Updating the company system
